Orders may generally be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Due to the personal-care and hygiene nature of skincare and haircare products, correctly supplied products are generally not eligible for return or exchange after delivery.
We will assist with eligible cases involving damaged, leaking, broken, missing, incorrect or expired products and genuine fulfilment errors.
Customers should notify us of eligible delivery-related problems within 48 hours of delivery and retain the product, packaging and shipping label.
